  1. ORDERING A PRODUCT

When you order a product using our Platform, it is a request to us to buy that product from the seller. When you order a product, we will send you an e-mail confirming your order and details of your order as well. We will only accept your request to purchase the product after the product has been dispatched. Each product you order will receive an individual e-mail known as “Dispatch Confirmation Mail” which you will receive once the product is dispatched to your destination.

  1. RETURNS

You are able to apply return requests to return a product if you are not satisfied with it, but it must be done in 28 days. But there are some products where are not able to be returned, and that will be informed to you, the customer before the purchase. Products are eligible to be returned if you have received them in a damaged condition, or some of its parts are missing, or it is different from how it was described in the website.

The return guidelines are given below:

To make sure your product is taken back by the company, return the product in the condition which was given to you, which includes the covering of the manufacturer, price tag, warranty card, user manual, and all the other accessories. It should be noted that the company will not take back the product if any damage has happened to it while it was in your possession. You are able to self-ship the product using any package of your will but it must be able to be tracked. The following documents is mandatory.

  • An invoice copy emphasizing the items that is going to be returned (must be placed inside the package);
  • Explanation of product details, price and the cause of returning (must be pasted on the package);
  • A return tag with the tracking barcode of Vell Cart (must be pasted on the package).
